password lock out

I was locked out of my account earlier today for security issues.  I tried to sign in but DirectTV wouldn't accept my old password.  Created a new password and aging ti wasn't working.  Now after 5 attempts in getting a temporary password they seem not to work also.  

ATT needs to have better customer support for Direct TV Now since I cant call directly to get some personal help.  Their Chat line is worthless.
