Reactivate subscription

Downloaded app on phone to stream on two devices. It works perfectly. Downloaded it to my tv and when I login in tell me “welcome back to direct tv now- you need to login online to reactivate your subscription. ???????

Try deleting and reinstalling the app. Make sure you are out of the app on the other devices. If it continues you will need to contact support using the chat and see if they can reactivate/reset your account.
