Lost TV on ROKU Tuesday 5JUNE18

asked for my password.....

would not accept it....

I changed it.....

still tells me it is the wrong password....

Direct works on the IMAC.....

I can log in on the IMAC...

so that tells me my user name and password is correct....

ROKU is no help..

I read that I need to reset EVERYTHING on the ROKU to get Direct TV Now back...really?

This is supposedly due to some upgrade by someone...ROKU?...AT&T?..

They gave no heads up....

They gave no instructions....

They apparently have ZERO customer service tech support employees....we are left to our own devices

nobody has a customer service PHONE NUMBER that I can find to actually talk to a person.....

I have requested they cancel my account

If they cannot do better than this I am going to Charter Spectrum for internet, tv and voice

What a joke!  Maybe directv now should listen to the people that are giving them money and provide a remote control that actually works for their product

DirecTV Now provide a remote control?  The remote control for Roku devices comes from Roku, the remote control for Fire devices comes from Amazon, the remote control for Apple TVs comes from Apple, the remote control for Samsung TVs comes from Samsung.  DirecTV Now doesn't make (or provide) any hardware - part of the point is that it runs on commodity hardware, not special custom devices.  If you are asking that they improve the UI as access by the various devices' remotes, that is more reasonable, but it has nothing to do with this thread.

Roku remote works fine with DirecTV Now. Whats your issue?
