When signing into my newly created Directv Now account, (which was verified as a valid account) I only get a black screen on a current and just updated Chrome account. I've read others with this same problem and the answers all miss.

In my case all I needed to do was Enter, then it took me to the next screen where I was able to enter my information.

Hello this is also happening with us after the update.
after I had to create a whole other username for att and direct tv now cause they messed that up too!
Let me know if you get a resolution.

My TV and phone are both doing the same thing, black screen after login. I tried submitting a service request but haven't gotten a response back yet.

I’m having same issue. Very frustrated. I have black screen on both my TVs. I use Roku. I have uninstalled app several times. Yesterday was error message and today black screen.

Have them reset you directv username. That was my issue. It can't be the same as your att login. Hope this helps.
