My DIRECTV NOW account quit working again this morning You credited my account for three months and we haven't even gotten through a month and a half and it has gone to crap again! I am so NOT happy with the service and really think you need to change your technology or technical staff. I may have to switch back to Sling. At least they don't have to make excuses why their service is not working. Also, DIRECTV NOW doesn't appear on my Fire TV stick...as an available app?

Sorry no I don't The last time I had issues I ended up on the phone with a senior supervisor and they still couldn't solve my problems. They credited my account for three months so I wouldn't switch services. A week later my account started working again. I am not going to put up with this kind of system management. I have retired from the communications industry and this scale of failure is unacceptable

I just got off of chat with someone and they are working on it and aware it's down. She assured me that it would be back up and running very soon.

mine is not working. . .done everything they said and still no video. . .this is crazy. . . i guess that is why they are cheap. . .lousy service

I'll believe that when I see it. I have dealt with their chat support and they lied to me both times about why I had lost channels.
