Can not access bookmarks in Direct TV Now app

I Cannot swipe down to my bookmarks.

There is a big section for cloud DVR and the few shows I have bookmarked are half way visible as thumbnails, but swiping down (or up, or sideways) will NOT take me there to select them. Seems to be a bug, I would expect swiping down would cause the bookmark section to roll up as the other menus do. Any help would be appreciated

Hello @tigmu73,

We want to look into what's going on with your bookmarks. Let us know what device you are attempting to access them on and if you have tried any other devices.

You can try uninstalling and re-installing the app to make sure you have the most up to date version.

With True Cloud DVR BETA, we’re still testing things out so you’re likely to see a few updates as we work on it.

Thank you for your reply. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Currently we are using AppleTV when this issue occurs. On another TV we have Roku and it works just fine and you are able to navigate. We have had this issue over a month and was not like this before the update.
Please let us know if there’s anything to do to fix the issue at this time.

If you make a recording, that blue BETA screen will disappear and you’ll be able to scroll to your bookmarks.

Thanks for letting us know. Let's try troubleshooting your Apple TV and see if that helps with your bookmark situation. Also, is this only happening to the Apple TV?

Yes, we have an Apple TV box, this is the only tv it is happening to.
