New error message


New error message




My email address was and still is correct and my password is and still is the same.  I was able to sign in and use my PC to access DirecTV Now with the exact same credentials.


Smiley Sad     Error message: Unable to resolve host "aeg-umsgw.quickplay.com": No address associated with hostname

We are sorry for this inconvenience.  Some things to try:  Clear cache/cookies, close all other programs/browsers running in the background, ensure you have the latest update to the app and your supported device and close out of the app.  When you sign back in, be sure you are using the same email and password (and you have not typed incorrectly, it can happen).  If this doesn't help, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the DIRECTV App.
