We are sorry for this inconvenience. Some things to try: Clear cache/cookies, close all other programs/browsers running in the background, ensure you have the latest update to the app and your supported device and close out of the app. When you sign back in, be sure you are using the same email and password (and you have not typed incorrectly, it can happen). If this doesn't help, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the DIRECTV App.
