Changed Email Address = Locked Out of Account

I recently prepaid for 3 months of service via the Apple TV offer. After enjoying streaming for a few days, I logged in and updated my email address from work to personal address. Once complete, I was prompted to log back in... however, my email (neither new or old) are recognized. Forgot password also does not work (I never receive an email notification to reset).


ive tried chat. I tried twitter. I find it painfully ironic that a telephone service provider doesn't have a dedicated toll-free support line. Someone please help me gain access to the service I've paid for.
