Why did directv waited for the installation date and time to call me that the upgrade equipment did not arrive and this appointment need to be rescheduled? This installation appointment was set up back in Aug 18,2019. you would have imagine that this should be going to be smooth installation but no.. It is a nightmare! We have been waiting for this for a long time  and my husband took a day off without pay for this appointment because he cannot just leave in his work place in just 2 hours notice...this is not 1st that's happened. This is actually the 2nd rescheduled appointment. The first time it happened, they said that the representative did not complete the scheduling process and forgot to order the equipment. and now this.... very frustrating.
