Wireless Connection

Wireless Connection

I will be moving into a house that is not wired for TV.  Is there a way to go wireless between the satellite dish and the DirecTV control box?  Thanks.

Re: Wireless Connection

No, there has to be coax connected from the dish to a SWM splitter then to a Genies after that you can use wireless clients. DTV can do a house wrap where they run the coax outside and drill holes to feed the coax inside near the DTV receivers. Wall fishing is extra.

Re: Wireless Connection

Even in DTV wireless setting, one main box needs to be wired to dish. Wireless connection is between the main box and the others.
