We've been DirecTV customers for about 10+ years, no problems till they merged with AT&T. Now customer service has gone to crap. Signed up for New service at a new place as a bundle and the lady taking our deposit payment ran our card 8 times, for $99.00 each time! Now I'm unable to pay bills and still did not get Direct TV service connected.
1. 5 phone calls requesting for release of deposit hold
2. 3 of previous calls, we were hung up on after we request to speak to supervisor or someone who knows how to refund the $800.00 unauthorized charges
We're still waiting for the release of the hold that DirecTV put on our card after the unauthorized charges.
