Samsung TV "Power Cycle" vs "On/Off"

Samsung TV "Power Cycle" vs "On/Off"

I have a new RC71 that I programmed to work with my Samsung LN52B750U1F, the problem is that pressing the "On" button just sends the "Power Cycle" command to the TV, resulting in my TV shutting down.  On my old remote (RC65RX), I had a code that knew the difference between On, Off and Power Cycle (and I don't think it took too long to find).  I've tried the first 20 Samsung codes in the setup menu, but before I go through the remaining 40 (which requires me to turn my tv off and on to test each time), does anybody have Samsung codes that they know actually use "On" and "Off" appropriately instead of "Power Cycle"?

Same thing with my Sony's.

I think it's a limitation of the RC71/72 remotes.  That's why I'm still using my RC6x remotes.
