Recent Subscription disappointment

I recently decided to come back to Directv after moving to Suddenlink.  I was excited to come back and felt like I would be welcomed.

I scheduled my installation for the first available date.   The date came and the installer didn’t show, during the scheduled time frame 8-noon. I finally got a call and asked if he could come at 1:30?   I said that I would wait.   He gave a lame excuse about a flat tire.  1:30 came and went and still no installer.  I called and left vm but never got a call back.   He finally knocked on my door between 7-8 pm.   I asked him to come back the following morning because I didn’t want him there installing for several hours while I’m trying to get family fed and ready for bed.  He promised he’d be there at 8 am the next morning.  The next morning 8 came and no installer.   He never called!    If this is who represents Directv these days I would rather stay with Suddenlink.
