In what is looking like a huge mistake, I decided to sign up for Direct TV. I was supposed to be installed last Friday, the guy came and said he didn't have the right equipment. He stayed about an hour on the phone with his boss/support/whoever, said he couldn't install gave me a number to call which I did and was transfered like 4 times before rescheduling for Tuesday which came and went without anyone showing up or bothering to tell me they weren't showing up. If there is an actual problem, I think only one of your 6 different departments I was passed around to actually knows what it is or even that there is one.
