What has happened to the outstanding customer service Direct TV had. I made an appointment to have my dish adjusted after a new roof. Had to wait 5 days for an escalated ticket and then they waited until 4:00 to tell me they were not going to show, after blowing up my phone all day with texts and messages they were coming. What prize did I get for the No Show? Having to wait another 48 hours AND the worst customer service EVER. If I treated my customers they way I was treated today, I would be fired.
