So finally after two cancelled/messed up install appointments on AT&T’s behalf we finally had our internet/cable installed. It was installed correctly, well and clean with one HUGE downside. 

 

We live in a townhouse and pay Homeowners Association Fees monthly. Our neighborhood was having new black top sealer applied this morning. I spoke to the technician before he arrived and explained this and told him where to park and once he parked to call me so I could come and meet him and direct him the route to my house without stepping on the fresh seal coat. He said ok and then totally disregarded it and didn’t call me when he parked. Then he decided to find his own way to my house and walked on the BLACK seal coat literally 10 minutes after it was just applied. This then left big black boot prints on our entryway sidewalk which is a big eye sore! I would not be surprised if we got a fine to help subsidize the scrubbing/removal of the prints (or what will actually come off our concrete entry sidewalk. 

 

Hopefully some fellow community unity member in this group could guide me on who to speak with to help resolve this issue as it’s not my fault and I SHOULD BOT have to pay for his inconsideration!
