My husband and I recently moved. We called a month in advance to schedule or service to be transferred and installed at new location. The appointment was for 8am -12 pm. By 8 PM that night we called and were told the technician never showed up to any of his appointments. Then we got a new appointment set for today. Again no one has shown up. I know there are worse problems in the world... but waiting for two weeks in a row and taking time of work is not acceptable. If I can't get someone to help and do an install this week I am better off switching to a different company.
