Who do I contact about a horrible situation that is ongoing? It is regarding both internet and TV. I walked into the St. Louis Galleria AT&T store last week for a phone. I was told I was paying $100.00 more than I should for my TV service. I signed up to switch from U-Verse to Direct TV and they scheduled installation for one week out. I have now been without any TV service for 1 week and now without internet for 3 days!!!!!! I had an appointment for installation today and it was a no show. I am amazed and frustrated by this experience.
