HR24/200 reconnect to internet

HR24/200 reconnect to internet

3 years HR24/200 connected with a wired ethernet to network.  able to get on internet download movies etc.  Direct TV replaced receiver with another HR24/200 .

NOW can not get on internet....pressing DASH on remote shows internet connected...How to connect with a wired connection?

So it thinks it's connected to the internet?  What features are not working? Symptoms?

Have you tried repeating the new HR24's Network Setup?

Reset Network under menu, internet settings... fixed the issue...
