Extremely upset with Directv

Fir two weeks I have been trying to get Directv to come out and reinstall my satellite dish. Each time I have called, I have been redirected to someone different.  Today was the last straw!! I was now informed that the nearest date to get this issue done is the 28th of September.  I have been trying for 2 weeks to get this satellite remounted and to no avail.  I have spent over 5 hours on the phone and no one seems to care. I  am fed up with this Mickey mouse company and we ARE LOOKING at your  competitors to service our need. As a veteran I am really disappointed as we had a great deal given us, now to be screwed by the lack of support. What gives. Your customer service is not working and I hope this can get to the higher level management.

We are in to the same situation.  4 days of missed work....12 hours of phone calls.... ridiculous
