Att installed our satellite dish on our roof, causing so much damage, that when it rains we have a huge leak in our daughters closet and it's now completely ruined! We called and made a claim Over two months ago and we were given assurance that this problem would be fixed. Guess what? Nothing has been fixed. Everytime we call, we get "disconnected" with no call back after waiting hours to hear from someone. We are given different numbers to call. We are told that we are being emailed and even mailed a hard copy of paperwork... still nothing. Filling an official claim with FCC and contacting an attorney. Any helpful advice would be appreciated.

I replied with phone number and account number. No response. Sounds about right. This is what I am talking about! No one will help! They seem like they are going too but then do absolutely nothing. And the risk management number... tried that again. Fail.
