I'm having a voice out of synch with the sound issue with an HR44-200 receiver which was NOT an issue with our previous older receiver. The only thing that has changed is the receiver. The TV is directly connected to the receiver with an HDMI cable as before. The ONLY fix I've found is to reboot the receiver. That fix lasts for a few days when it once again becomes out of synch.

I tried that, but it's mot making any difference other than changing the
synch between the voice and video. The only fix at this point is to reboot
the receiver I did not have this problem with my previous receiver

Yes, but changing the settings a step at at ime does not bring it back into
synch. The ONLY way to get it back into synch is to reboot the receiver.
And it gets progressively worse the longer I wait (days).

Is it every channel and HD? If so don't know what to say. I occasionally get that with certain channels and it's always when watching a SD broadcast.

It's every channel. I reboot the receiver and alls is good. However, I look
at it the next day and can see it slowly getting out of synch again.

As a test, try using a different audio/video output connected to your HDTV (Composite or Component Video). Does it still happen. That will help rule out an HDMI issue between your HR44 and HDTV.
