Website is showing DIRECTV Receivers are not connected to the internet

When I login to my account on the website it is showing all of my DIRECTV Receivers are not connected to the internet, when in fact they are.  How can the website be corrected?

It doesn't really matter what the web site shows as long as your equipment is working properly.
