My receiver has been powered off for 2 months. Now it says I need a reset, code 722. I'm ok with that. Problem is when I get to the support web page it says 'unable to connect to database'. Do they have a system down?
This will take you to a page where you can send the subscription authorization signal to your equipment.
Or you can call them at 1 800 531 5000 and they can send the signal.
