Unable to connect to database

My receiver has been powered off for 2 months. Now it says I need a reset, code 722. I'm ok with that. Problem is when I get to the support web page it says 'unable to connect to database'. Do they have a system down?

Usually you can fix this by logging into your DirecTV account at www.directv.com/refresh

This will take you to a page where you can send the subscription authorization signal to your equipment.

Or you can call them at 1 800 531 5000 and they can send the signal.

That didn't work at the time. Could not connect to database. However, I went to my account, my devices, then refresh the device and it worked!
