Tried resetting, didn't help. Could we just get someone to come fix it?
What model box?
Have you verified the coax is finger tight?
If a Mini Genie Client have you reset the main Genie (including WVB if the Mini is a wireless model)?
If the box ends up needing replacing, or to get a tech out if it is not the box itself, you must call DirecTV 1-800-531-5000. This is a customer to customer forum, not official support. Be aware that delivery of a replacement box is $19.95, or if a tech service call it is $99. Both options covered if you have their optional equipment protection plan (or the equipment was installed/activated within 90 days).
