I have the GenieGo all set up and I see my DVR playlist on my iPad, but when I try to watch a show, a screen comes up with the circle like something is loading, but the show never starts playing. Help!!

How is your GG connected to your network?
model of your DVR? and how is connected to your network
are in in your network or OOH ?

The Genie Go is plugged directly into my 2Wire 2701HG-B
Receiver is a GenieHR44 connected to my network via wireless
I have tried both in network and OOH.

2 wires routers seem to be PITA to configure. do a search here on Google and see if you find threads of successful posters with your same equipment

I dont have that gateway and neither do the other guys (the ones with the gold star). so you can wait until someone with the same router posts, or you can search
