Samsung TV error message

I have a Samsung RVU TV connected to my Genie system via a powered Decca device; ethernet connection from Decca to TV.  Set works but when turned on, an error message is first displayed saying "Unauthorized Location".  The location is not new and it replaced an old TV, connected via a mini genie client.  Phone calls to DIRECTV not successful and one person said that is normal.  Anyone receiving this message?

I did that first thing, but did not fix

then do a Red Button Reset on your Genie
