Playlist deleted

I had to replace my set top box. The agent said my recordings would reappear on my new box.  It’s been more than 24 hours and my playlist is still empty.  Will my recordings come back or are they permanently deleted?

They are gone, don't know why you where told that as there has never been anyway to transfer recording/setting.
