Re: Re: What have you done?

Hi @gordongekko99

I'll be honest, I don't see that specific item outlined.  However, that doesn't mean it isn't included.  Can you send me a PM if you have a screenshot of what you are referring to with as much detail as you can provide?  I can definitely follow up.

Thanks

Re: Re: What have you done?

Hi @Anonymous,

I'm really sorry this is adding to the frustration.  I apologize if I'm not following, but when I go to that link it does work, and brings up the FAQ.  What error are you getting?  What browser are you using?

Thanks

This link is working fine for me.  What web browser are you using?  I'm using Google Chrome.

Re: Re: What have you done?

None of the links on that FAQ page work! The FAQ page *itself* is still
there but links to nothing.

Re: Re: What have you done?

Yes....the link takes you to a FAQ page, but none of the links the FAQ page work!

This is what you see:

You're looking for something that moved or doesn't exist.

Re: Re: What have you done?

While the link "works" for me by taking me to a page with multiple FAQs links, it is THOSE links that all go to a 404 error page!

Re: Re: What have you done?

TO: Tim, AT&T Specialist

The page comes up but there is NO access to any of the of the subjects.
Every single one displays a 404 Error and the following message:

I am using Chrome as well. There have been numerous postings of people
that cannot access the pages.

Re: Re: What have you done?

Hi @Anonymous,

We found the issue.  It was our fault and the URL included additional characters that weren't needed and caused issues.

Here is the actual link https://www.att.com/esupport/article.html#!/directv/KM1239977

Thanks again for bringing this up.

Re: Re: What have you done?

And.....not to be critical of Tim, who may be doing his best, but the fact his signature (see below) provides a significant caveat is all one needs to know.   Unless and until there is a public acknowledgment by DirecTV / ATT regarding the issue one should not assume ANYTHING is being done to address the situation.
