Can anyone tell me what to do when i don't have a network connection

Need more information:

  • What models DirecTV DVR/Receivers do you have?
  • How are they connected to your home network?
  • Have you tried resetting the DVR/Receivers?

First start off with a red button reset

On both main genie and mini.

Located inside front right panel click and open main geine. Located right
