DIRECTV will only connect the coaxes for active receivers. Is it possible this room is not connected? I would also like to recommend our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. It will walk you through step by step instructions on how to Manage Equipment Location and also DIRECTV Equipment Setup. Select the DIRECTV tab, and then choose either one of those options.
