Re: Local weather on Weather Channel

Hi @Carolabe,

Please note: If you’re tuning in to WeatherNation for the first time, you’ll be asked to confirm your ZIP code—don’t worry, you’ll only have to do this once.

  1. Select Edit my cities.
  2. Select Add a City.
  3. Input city name or 5-digit ZIP code using the on-screen keyboard.
  4. After the list populates, select a city.
    • Cities can be prioritized and/or deleted after being stored.
    • Customers can store up to five cities at once.

Thank you for reaching out to AT&T's Community and Forums Team.

Re: Local weather on Weather Channel

I have a similar problem, I have always had my cities added (2) and the local weather has been working pretty well. Suddenly the 10 days to 2 weeks I can not load the local weather. I've reset, unplugged checked cables with no luck. Open for suggestions?

Thank you

Re: Local weather on Weather Channel

To Lafayette, AT&T Community Specialist - First of all, I added my zip code to Weather Nation's local weather feature a long time ago.  Secondly, I can't even access Weather Nation's local weather feature to add another zip code.  Every time I press the "red button," all I get is the low-pitched, brief "that option is not available tone."

Also, The Weather Channel is stuck on last Tuesday - Saturday's forecasts (12/4 - 12/8/2018) for all three of the city zip codes that I've entered AND, "Local on the 8's" is not showing up when it's supposed to show up.

If this is an AT&T/DirecTV issue, please resolve - this has been going on for long enough!

Re: Local weather on Weather Channel

What happened to having a 10-day forecast? It helps when planning a trip somewhere. If I want to check the local weather when I go to bed to determine what it will be like when I go to work in the morning, it doesn't go beyond 6 hours? Also, AGAIN, you've replaced something that was easy to work, and EASY to read. This is awful for anyone that has visual difficulties. It also "times out" too quickly. Not happy about the changes!!!

Re: Local weather on Weather Channel

Checking the cutting edge site there is a NEW Weather Channel app rolling out now.

I would just wait for the bug to be fixed.
