Problem with HR44-500 not showing ALL Recordings - every 2 days or so I have to hard power off & reboot to see all the recordings. I've tried just off/on but still only shows 10 or so of the 25+ programs recorded. Had the same issue with last HR44-500 replaced about 1 month ago.
Anyone else having this issue? Is it the hardware or software? Any Fixes?
So many posts here about this issue that I'm surprised you missed them. Yes, it's an acknowledged software bug. Replacing your hardware is NOT the fix. A new software update is being tested now that fixes this issue and should be rolling out soon.

This is an ongoing issue with all Genie models. Our engineering team is aware and working to get a fix out, but there is no ETA. However, you can get around this by sorting your recording list twice by pressing the 0 button two times.
