Genie 2 wifi connection

I keep loosing signal ( error 775) with my newly installed Genie 2

Everything has been checked twice by a tech.

would it help to connect the Genie 2 direct to a router?

Anyone having this issue

775 has NOTHING to do with the router or internet it has to do with the power inserter which is built into the genie 2(hs17)

You can use an Ethernet cable if you want.
