GENIE 2 Server problem

GENIE 2 Server problem

My Genie 2 tower is not connecting with the server. The status light is solid blue and the wireless light is solid green. Tried resetting the tower as well as the wireless genies but getting the same server error message. Has been like this for 12 hours now.
