Error 775

Hello,

I have 1 HD-DVR that is showing error 775.

I talked to customer service today, tried unplugging and resetting PI, but no luck.

I have a service tech coming out next week...the issue..I have a big BBQ planned for tomorrow (NFL kickoff)...anything else I could try, I'm desperate!

This usually means you have a problem with the Single Wire Multiswitch (SWM), or its Power Inserter.  Do you have other DVRs/Receivers?  Are they working normally?  You can try swapping a "good" Receiver/DVR with this "bad" HDDVR to see if the problem stays with the DVR (it's defective), or if the problem stays in that room (problem with satellite coax feeding that room).  Let us know what you find.
