Where do I get a box to return direct tv equipment

What are the models of each box? Not all are returnable.

If returnable: Take to a FedEx or UPS store (not regular USPS) for your free return. Keep receipt showing they took possession. If you are over 10 miles away from a participating shipper, then DirecTV uses the old process of sending you a prepaid return kit by FedEx to be returned by regular USPS (not UPS store).
