This usually means that all of the available satellite tuners are being used, either by lots of simultaneous recordings, or too many Genie Mini Clients. Answer the previous questions and we'll try to help.

Just be sure to red button reset the HR54 first and only when it is complete to reset the Mini Genie Clients. This way server is refreshed before trying to synch Minis with it. Should clear the tuners for whether your 5 tuners are running live TV, Picture in Picture, and/or recordings between all 3 TVs.
For this reason and others it is suggested when you next have a free upgrade to replace one of your Minis with a full HDDVR. Will gain 2 tuners of its own, 500GB recording space, and works independently which takes load off Genie with no tuner conflicts and if Genie goes down HDDVR still works unlike Clients. No difference in monthly cost between HDDVR and Mini. Though only the C61K Mini can use the two 4K channels at this time.
If offered do not get the Genie-2 (HS17). Client only system so hard caps tuners (forbids other HDDVRs) and post-launch bugs.
