DECA box spoofing IP

When i connect my DECA box to my Belkin router Model F6D4230-4 v1, Firmware Version F6D4230-4_WW_1.00.05 (updated) Tried reseting to factory/default setting. I get the from my firewall log Jan 26 09:26:30 2014 Ip Spoofing from IP 169.254.5.249 to IP 239.255.255.250 dropped[1 times] Jan 26 09:26:58 2014 Ip Spoofing from IP 169.254.7.89 to IP 239.255.255.250 dropped[11 times] Jan 26 09:29:24 2014 Ip Spoofing from IP 169.254.5.249 to IP 239.255.255.250 dropped[3 times] Jan 26 09:29:58 2014 Ip Spoofing from IP 169.254.7.89 to IP 239.255.255.250 dropped[3 times] OVER AND OVER!!!!!

What sort of firewall settings do you have on your Belkin router?  The traffic you're seeing is the DECA trying to acquire an IP address from the router, but the router is blocking it.

All sorts of settings from full open to MAC address filtered. It does slowly connect. Seems like it still spoofs when connected

Try temporarily disabling the router firewall and MAC filter.  Then do a red button reset of the HR24.

Turned off just about everything i could think of. Almost ready to do a factory reset on the router again!

What i find strange is that i can DL a on demand  show but VERY slow, with logs showing spoofing/dropped with the connection i posted above. All this happening at the same time
