My internet works fine on everything but can no longer connect to Direct TV. When I go to settings to connect, my wireless connection is there, I put in the password but then I get a message saying sorry! unable to connect try again. This has been happening for the past few weeks. I've rebooted the router and that didn't help but again, I don't have problems with internet except on tv. I appreciate any help. Thanks.
We will be delighted to help! If you are having issues hooking up your receiver to the internet, not to worry, we can help! You have some options listed on our website. If your HD DVR used to be connected to the Internet, but it isn't any longer go here to follow instructions on how to reconnect.
