Can’t register my iPad and iPhone

I’m trying to play a movie on my iPad. It says to register your device. I go through the process and it says “We can’t register your device!

We're happy to help.


We recommend resetting your receiver then trying again to connect one of your devices.


Let us know if you're still unable to get them to connect.
