I am trying to change out my non hd dish with a slimline dish with a sl3k4nr0-02 on a temp setup to test before changing the old one out. I can not find a signal on either tunner. I put a sl5s4nr2-02 and i find a good signal 95 % on one tunner. I marked the dish's position and changed back to to sl3, no signal on either tunner. Is my sl3 bad (how can you test) or do i nee...

I had direct installed just a few weeks back. With in a matter of days my hr44 stopped outputting video and audio, threw The Hdmi port. All of my clients still worked. I tried different devices on both the Hdmi port on the tv and the cord to ensure they were both working right. I am getting surveys from Direct TV asking me about their streaming services. Basically, Direct TV streaming is horrible, and On Demand has intermittent problems. Need someone to give phone number. Not the one usually used 1800-531-5000. We were treated rudely and sent us boxes and we didn't cancel. Bad customer service. My wife cried about the service.
