I have a new genie system as well as a new 4k directv ready set. How do I get to channel 1102 to see what is available in 4K? My system says channel not available. Had a service call today but tech did not now about 4k issues.

We have a standard Hd receiver and the sound cuts out for a few minutes then comes back. This happens randomly no specific channel but seems to happen more on local channels. We did try a new hdmi cable but no fix to the problem. The does come back if we rewind or fast forward? This makes me think it's the receiver. Please help.

I have to restart receiver everytime I turn on tv because there's no sound on any of the channels. When you do this, you have to stop all your shows you are recording. That really stinks. Why don't I have sound??

All three receivers in my house are showing Error 771- Loss of signal on HD channels 248 and 331. I've reset the Receiver in one room and that didn't solve the problem. Hi everyone...my 3 H24-700 receivers (~4 years old) starting having a mind of their own starting in early October (coincidently just after the 9/30/15 S/W "upgrade" to ""0x9dd"). I have set my DVR Genie to only show the chanels I get, but all the chanels still display even though they are not in white. Is there a way to set it up so I only do get the chanels on my package and the other ones are no longer displayed?
