On my bill it shows I pay for HD, and on my Ultimate plan it shows I should get HD, but for 5 months, I can not get HD on my TV. New TVs, with HD.

Remote control is sluggish. Cannot access channels by pressing numbers. It seems the remote does not focus on the receiver or tv. I have to point the remote off-center. Even turning on and off, the remote has to be pushed continuously before it activates the tv or the receiver.

I had direct installed just a few weeks back. With in a matter of days my hr44 stopped outputting video and audio, threw The Hdmi port. All of my clients still worked. I tried different devices on both the Hdmi port on the tv and the cord to ensure they were both working right. I was mailed a replacement hr44, that worked for 2 days then the entire system went down..no vid...

I Have been without service for a month. The technician finally comes out and i had a bad receiver. I was not home when the installer came but my spouse was. I have two TVs and one does not have sound.....only video.

I have to restart receiver everytime I turn on tv because there's no sound on any of the channels. When you do this, you have to stop all your shows you are recording. That really stinks. Why don't I have sound??

I was unable to get my DirecTV remote RC65 to power on or off a TV connected to an H25-500 box in a spare room. It would control all other features of the TV except the power so I used the TV remote to turn the set on/off. I recently acquired a new TV and put one of my other sets into this room.
