my remote works on everything but my audio receiver. How do I program my Genie RC 73 to my Yamaha RXZ1 audio receiver?

On my bill it shows I pay for HD, and on my Ultimate plan it shows I should get HD, but for 5 months, I can not get HD on my TV. New TVs, with HD.

When I go through the set up for the remote and Yamaha audio it says to use the Power button to test, and I do not have a power button on the remote, except the on and off button, which shuts the DTV off. And then everything is shut down. I have a Yamaha RX-V471. Thanks to anyone who can provide assistance.

i currently have old equipment that is probably 10 years old. can i have new updated equipment sent to me free of charge or do i have to order new equipment and pay for it? does a serviceman have to come and install or can i install the new dvr/receivers myself? thanks! Denise

All three receivers in my house are showing Error 771- Loss of signal on HD channels 248 and 331. I've reset the Receiver in one room and that didn't solve the problem. There are no obstructions on the receivers. Signal strength on both channels is high 95 and above. Is there a problem with the one of the satellites sending a signal along one of the channels?
