I'm having a problem with a high pitch chirp and pixelation of the picture. The receiver (R15) froze yesterday after trying to reset it. The receiver is working again, but the chirp and pixelation are still occuring on all channels, but less often on my international channels (2080-2087). All three receivers in my house are showing Error 771- Loss of signal on HD channels 248 and 331. I've reset the Receiver in one room and that didn't solve the problem. There are no obstructions on the receivers. Signal strength on both channels is high 95 and above. Is there a problem with the one of the satellites sending a signal along one of the channels? When I go through the set up for the remote and Yamaha audio it says to use the Power button to test, and I do not have a power button on the remote, except the on and off button, which shuts the DTV off. And then everything is shut down. I have a Yamaha RX-V471. Thanks to anyone who can provide assistance.

Ever since the switch from standalone Android app to the combined DirecTV app, the Genie Go feature is unable to download shows from the DVR. It prepares them, but then gets stuck in "Waiting To Download" and doesn't even begin the download process.

The name on my billing info was spelled wrong. Any way that can be changed online? I've tried a couple times and I keeps saying it doesn't match the zip code provided. All I need is the first name changed, that's it lol

Hello, I was just trying out the new 4K channel and when I selected one of the preview videos, it started to download, then when it began to play it said my TV is not 4K, so the video will be displayed in 1080p. My TV is 4K and the installer tested it. Also the video kept buffering and said I needed to check my internet speed. I have 300mbps coming in, that's pretty fast....
