We just had a day of wet, sticky snowfall and my dish is coated. At first, I was getting the "signal lost" messages on certain channels but now it looks like the receiver (Genie) has figured out what is going on because I'm getting the SD version of any channel I tune to. I don't remember this ever happening before. Is this a new feature? Will it know to revert back to HD...

I have an HR44-200. Installed 12/7/2015. Have Charter internet in house (2 stories + basement). Router located in basement. Manual says I need the last 6 digits of the 12 digit Receiver ID (RID) number. I cannot locate this number. Does anyone know how to get this to work in RF mode? Thanks.

Hello, I was just trying out the new 4K channel and when I selected one of the preview videos, it started to download, then when it began to play it said my TV is not 4K, so the video will be displayed in 1080p. My TV is 4K and the installer tested it. Also the video kept buffering and said I needed to check my internet speed. I have 300mbps coming in, that's pretty fast....
