I had the same issue recently! I was to receive 3 different rewards cards. When I contacted the rewards center, I was told that the notification letters were shown in their system as mailed, but I never received any of them and believe me, I looked for ANY AT&T correspondence in the mail everyday, as I was looking forward to the reward cards! I was told that the rewards claim time period had expired on 2 of them and they could not re-issue new rewards. :/ When I called AT&T Customer Service, they were no help at all! I was told "sorry, there's nothing we can do" REALLY???? I have been told by a few other people that this had happened to them too...Sounds rather fishy to me. At least I did receive 1 of the rewards cards, but I am so disappointed in AT&T's lack of customer service! I will let anyone know that expresses interest in switching to AT&T that they should NOT!
