Hi I have been trying to log into the directv app but keep receiving an error message even though my login credentials are correct. The error message is we couldn’t find this email / AT&T access ID and password combination on file please try entering your info again. I have reset my password so I know that that’s not the issue.
We understand how frustrating not being able to sign in can be, but not to worry we're here to help! You will want to create your new AT&T Access ID and add your DIRECTV account under that access ID in order to sign into your DIRECTV app. Follow the steps listed in this AT&T Access ID support article to get started. Please note that there are two tabs, one for creating your Access ID, and another for Adding your accounts. We also, recommend checking out our Troubleshoot & Resolve solutions to help diagnose the issue.
