I downloaded the app to my iphone a few months ago and everything was working
I tried it a couple of weeks ago and it says receiver not connected to wireless network I disconnected and reconnected dvr also reset my wireless modem my dvr says it is connected but the app keeps buffering saying it is dowmloading channels and when I check the dvr on my phone it says dvr not connected to network also tried on 2 different ipad still the same message

There is a new app that was sent out for android and apple phones last week. You need to uninstall the old one and reinstall from the app store.

All of these folks likely have a combo router. Your app won’t work with a combo router. Most xfinity routers are combo.

That's ok I have been having issues as well Called Directv, sent PM, still not working. Can't wait till my contract is up. I knew I should not have agreed for the discount because I would be paying less with another service since I have to pay for Hulu and Netflix to watch the shows I want when I am not home.

Having the same issue with ipad. Worked fine until a couple weeks ago. Now it won’t stay connected. Beyond frustrated.
